“ My wife really wanted to try breakfast tacos while we were in Austin. We asked several people over two days where the best breakfast tacos were and we kept hearing Veracruz. My gosh were they right. The tacos were amazing. The fillings were generous, the flavors were distinct and worked well with on another. The ordering process was quick and easy and their menu is nifty that the items on the menu look like the stickers they use to label the tacos. The vibe of the inside was great. The chair I sat in on the patio was probably the most comfortable chair I sat in all of Austin and the bathroom was amazing with the stall going all the way up and having a very urban cooper pipe sink set up. The thing that both of us really enjoyed was the Aguas Frescas! We literally ordered them again online whenever we knew we would be passing by Veracruz walking over the Congress bridge. Their online ordering is simple and straightforward, and they have a little window on the side of the building for pick up. This place is a must go when in Austin to us. ”

I’ve been coming here for about a year and my girlfriend is vegetarian and they still have very good options. this isn’t one of those places where the tacos are overpriced and small you get what you paid for and you even get extra sides. special shout out to Mario and all the staff for contributing to and making such a great environment !! if you’re visiting Austin, this is a must try and if you live here and you haven’t gone, you need to come ”
“ If you’re looking for the best fancy tacos you can find, look no further. These were amazing! They were packed & took a good 20 minutes to order and then about that long for food delivery, but it was worth the wait. I really suggest getting a juice with chips & salsa to sip/snack on during the wait. We ordered 4 different tacos & they were all so good we couldn’t pick a favorite. ”
“ Veracruz is one of my favorite taco spots in Austin! The tacos were super fresh and full of flavor. Good quality ingredients that you can taste in every bite. The place has a cool, industrial vibe, and it’s right next to the famous bat bridge, which makes it a perfect stop before or after watching the bats fly out at sunset. Loved the whole experience. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area and craving something delicious and local. ”
